About Al Marjan Beach District
Al Marjan Beach District is part of Marjan Beach, the beach town that Marjan, the master developer of freehold property in Ras Al Khaimah, is building on the coast. It overlooks the Arabian Gulf and Al Marjan Island, home of the Wynn Casino & Resort.
The plots here are big. The residential sites run from about 116,000 to 146,000 sqft and allow two basements, a ground floor and 11 or 19 floors, subject to approval, which suits apartment towers with parking below ground. There are also hotel and resort plots, the largest over 1.4 million sqft, and a plot zoned for a retail and convention centre.
All of it is freehold and open to foreign buyers. Most plots come with a land registration discount, and some are eligible for a liquor licence, which matters for hotel restaurants and bars.
